Well went to slimming class last night weighed an incredible 14 st 11 Lbs, not too depressed thought I would weigh more. Did exercises as advise (not too bad) only needed oxygene once. been given a diet "The fat buster fortnight", think I will need the "Year Long" version. However not to mock, the diet looks brilliant and I hope to keep it up.
Had last bag of Walkers Cheese and Onion Crisps, 2 bottles of Stella and went to bed full of aspiration (and larger).
Woke up this morning. Drank some Water (Need to get through 2 litres before the day is out). Special K and a measure of orange Juice. All fine, have avoided so far any temptation in the office.
Just had lunch a meagre potion of Chicken with salad, a pitta bread and a Weight Watchers Yogurt. Another gallon of water and I am feeling fine (I am Not). However I have been running up and down stairs to get the extra calories going and tomorrow i am going to wear............... "a pedometer" advised to get by fitness level up to 10,000 steps per day. Thinking of taking up latin dancing!! all them steps have to be done some how! Any way if any body has suggestions for tasy treats 50 calories or less and under 5% fat per 100grams would be obliged if they would let me know. (I will write a book to help other dieters).
Looking forward to my dinner Tuna Steak, portion of Rice and some stir fry Vegetable, thats the trouble with me always thinking of my next meal. need to sign off now as I am already exhausted through lack of sustinance, too weak to type. Wonder what tomorrow brings??
