Time is so Precious

 

What should we spend it on? What is the top priority? If you are a small or medium sized business then Comconsult recommends spend time giving a good service to your customers. These days It’s a given that customers today want better value so customer service is the Point of Difference. While larger companies lay treacle laden pathway of confusion through their call centre customer care departments, that’s a misnomer if ever there was one! SMES have a opportunity in looking after their  customers, talking to them, mercy me  cant you see the big boys squirm? And answering their queries, even bigger squirm! Customer care is not a cost,it’s an insurance policy and a benefit to the customer and to you . Small and medium sized need to put aside some of that precious time for customer care by putting it at the top of their priority list, adding a value out of all proportion to the time spent and any minimal cost involved. 

 

The trick of course will be to keep it at the top of the priority list when times get better, and they will.
